The AFA Teens for Alzheimer's Awareness College Scholarship is for high school seniors who are U.S. citizens planning to attend a four-year college. The scholarship amount is $5,000. Applicants will submit an essay describing the impact of Alzheimer's disease on their own life. All the specific requirements are available at the AFA Teens web site. You can even read the essay of a previous winner. If you apply be careful to take care with the list of requirements. Applications must be postmarked on or before February 15th. | |
