First Command Educational Foundation Scholarships

The First Command Educational Foundation Scholarships offer the opportunity for applicants to win one of four scholarships--two are for $5,000 and two are for $2,500. Two of the four awards will go to students now in high school or college, while two will be awarded to non-traditional students. Criteria for selection include merit, financial need, and the quality of an essay written by the applicant. The application deadline is March 15, 2009, but the application packet is only available until FEBRUARY 25th.
