The Voice For Animals High School Essay Contest is a chance for students now in high school, and under age 19, to compete for awards ranging from $250-1,000. I'm sure it will not surprise you to learn that essays should promote the humane treatment of animals. To be more specific, essays should "examine either the mistreatment of one animal species or one cause of animal suffering, occurring anywhere in the world, and possible measures to reduce it." Essays should be submitted online on or before the deadline of March 2nd 2009. You can find complete details and submit your essay online at the Humane Education Network web site. | src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"> |
