The Stuck at Prom Contest

The Stuck at Prom Contest is an opportunity for students to win prizes of up to $3,000.   Students age 14 years or older who are attending a high school prom in the spring of 2009 are eligible.  Students must be from the U.S. or Canada (with some exclusions).  Entrants must attend a high school prom as a couple in attire created largely (or entirely) from duct tape.  (Surprise!  The sponsor, Henkel Consumer Adhesives, sells duct tape.) The part I like most about this is that after preliminary judging, the finalists area voted for online from June 19 to July 2nd.
