Another promotional scholarship that might be worth a look is open now at ScholarshipPoints.com. As I understand it, students simply sign up (giving a pretty fair amount of personal information) and earn points for online activity, which increase their odds of winning a scholarship.

The more you do–the more points you earn–the more chances you have at winning a scholarship."What student must balance is the chance to win a scholarship vs. the privacy given up in the process. For those willing to make the trade this is a chance to win $10,000 in December, and an unmentioned amount on September 30th.
